Secondly, using the same temperature and time for all batches during the roasting process can also cause problems. Different origins, varieties, and grades of green beans have different characteristics and needs, and require different treatments based on their uniqueness.

In order to solve the problems of traditional processing methods, we began to try a new coffee bean processing method. This method is based on processing raw coffee beans in-house and creating a unique flavor by finely controlling each step.

First, we select high-quality green coffee beans from reliable suppliers. These beans are usually of higher quality and taste, and can provide more room for development.

Remove the skin and pulp

In traditional processing, machines remove the skin and pulp from green coffee beans. However, in our innovative method, we remove the skin and pulp manually. This preserves more of the original flavor and avoids the damage that machines may cause.

Combination of sun drying and shade drying

In order to make the green coffee beans dry and ferment evenly, after being exposed to the sun for a period of time, we transfer them to the shade to continue drying. This method allows the beans to gradually develop a unique flavor during the fermentation process and avoids the negative effects of sun exposure.

Individual roasting

In traditional processing methods, roasting is usually done in batches, with each batch being processed at the same temperature and time. However, in our innovative method, we individualize the processing according to the characteristics of each origin, variety and grade of green beans.

By adjusting parameters such as roasting temperature, time and fire intensity, we can better show the flavor characteristics of each coffee bean. This not only improves the taste quality of coffee, but also allows consumers to taste more different flavors of coffee.
