About Café Mocha

Café Mocha is Mocha coffee. Its name originated from the small town of Mocha on the Red Sea in Yemen. It means chocolate coffee. It is a general term for Mocha bean coffee and fancy Mocha coffee. Fancy Mocha coffee is usually made with 1 part of espresso, 1 part of hot milk, 0.5 part of chocolate sauce, and 0.5 part of fresh cream. Of course, it will also change slightly according to the different habits of the barista. In general, the sweet creamy chocolate of Mocha accompanied by the rich aroma at the bottom of the cup brought about by the slightly bitter espresso is worth savoring slowly.

Until one time when he went to Starbucks, he was "forced" by his friend to order a cup of mocha. Then he began his own mocha journey. No matter what kind of coffee shop he enters, he must order a mocha for the first time. At the beginning, it was because there were many kinds of coffee, which were always dazzling, and Junxiong himself was a person who was extremely afraid of trouble, so he only ordered mocha. Later, after I had a certain understanding of coffee, I tried various coffee varieties and categories, and still felt that mocha was the most suitable for me. Drinking single products, there are more pretentious elements, and drinking latte always feels that there is no charm. Of course, I have tried other fancy coffees, but they are not as intimate as mocha. Cream chocolate plus espresso has basically become a hope in life.

On the other hand, why do I always love Mocha? Junxiong thinks that it is not easy for people to find one or two things to be faithful to. The society we live in now has too many changes. You may not be able to decide your own feelings or your career. Being faithful to some small things is also a way to live up to myself. That's all about Mocha. There is no deep emotional extension. It's just a simple, faithful love.

Another story from the beginning

This story was actually seen on Youku. In Fukuoka, Japan, there is a 67-year-old man named Morimitsu Muneo who runs a small coffee shop. Adhering to the principle of "being able to make coffee for every customer by hand", doing the same thing day after day, Junxiong feels that he is the perfect embodiment of "being born as a human being and being worthy of oneself". From the production site of coffee beans to the final extraction stage, the old man insists on doing it himself. "There is only one chance to encounter coffee, which is like first love. The moment you meet, it has been decided. Not every time you can have such a feeling, I think this is touching." These are his original words. Junxiong thinks this is the most wonderful attitude of a craftsman. Morimitsu Muneo's life basically revolves around coffee. He visits a country or place of origin related to the history of coffee at least once a year, and he has never changed from beginning to end.

Finally, it is worth mentioning that Mr. Mori Mitsunobu's newest favorite coffee varieties are Harrell and Mocha. Junxiong suddenly derived a rather mysterious idea from this, is it possible that people who have something to do with "Mocha" have the quality of being consistent in some aspects?
