Cappuccino Chocolate Coffee

Cappuccino Chocolate Coffee

raw material

150 ml milk, 10 g coffee powder, 150 ml water, a small amount of chocolate chips

step

1. Remove the filter from the coffee machine, add water only without adding coffee powder, turn on the switch, preheat the machine through the circulation of boiling water, and remove the smell of the machine.

2. Put the filter and coffee powder in, add water to the sink, turn on the switch, turn off the switch after a small amount of coffee flows out, let the coffee powder steam, and turn on the switch again after 20 seconds (this step is conducive to better extracting the ingredients and aroma of coffee) and brew the coffee.

3. Bring the milk to a slight boil, pour the amount of milk for a cup of coffee, and use a frother to beat it to about 1.5 times the original volume. After beating, shake the cup a few times to shake out the big bubbles, then shake the cup slightly to make the milk foam even.

4. Heat the coffee cup with boiling water and pour about 1/3 of the coffee into it. Pour in the foamed milk and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
