Coffee (coffee)-Cappuccino is the most relaxing drink for urban white-collar workers

Coffee may be the beginning of your relaxing time, or the beginning of your busy work! In short, it has become a part of the life of most urban white-collar workers. Next, I will share with you the production process and essentials.

Let's take Italian coffee as an example.

1. First of all, when choosing coffee beans, you should choose those with more oil. It is best to choose coffee beans that are roasted in medium depth, so that the brewed coffee will have a delicate color and a good taste!

2. Use whole milk. The milk foam is even and fine, tastes good, and is more beautiful when decorated.

3. Prepare a "U" shaped mug. It will make the milk foam more evenly.

step:

1. Put the ground coffee beans into the handle of the espresso machine, press it flat and put it on the coffee machine, and extract 1-1.5 cups (there are cup sizes marked on the coffee machine).

2. Pour 2/3 of the milk into the latte art cup, turn on the steam wand on the coffee machine and place it diagonally into the milk, allowing the milk to roll and aerate quickly in the cup (avoid over-high temperature, temperature > 90°C), aerate until the milk foam is fine and dense, and set aside.

3. Pour the whipped milk foam evenly into the coffee cup in a circular motion. Your cappuccino is ready!

4. If you want it to be more beautiful, you can also pour a circle of caramel sauce and use a toothpick to help outline the caramel sauce. A simple handmade coffee is presented.
