Wu Tang An is full of respect and love for coffee in every step, from selecting beans, fine grinding to careful brewing. Every morning he will personally brew a cup of black coffee. When the boiling water and coffee powder are finely blended, feeling the myriad charms of coffee itself diffused, this is the most comfortable and pleasant moment of Wu Tang An's day.

"Ice drip coffee" is also called "cold brew coffee" or "ice brew coffee". It originated in the Netherlands and is a type of black coffee. It is made by slowly soaking and extracting the coffee with a water-powder ratio of 1:3 and ice water below 5℃ at a flow rate of one drop per 5 seconds.

►Long -term soaking in low-temperature water allows the coffee yeast to ferment, so that the original flavor is naturally restored. It is also because of its unique cold temperature long-term soaking extraction fermentation that the taste is fragrant and smooth, not sour and astringent, like drinking coffee wine without alcohol, with endless charm.

►Different from black coffee, milk coffee is a flavored coffee mixed with milk, sugar and black coffee, also known as fancy coffee. ►Preparation : Moka pot, handheld grinder, French press, steel cup, electric stove, wide-mouth cup, Mandheling coffee beans, whole milk.

❶ Disassemble the Moka pot and pour 85~90℃ hot water into the bottom of the Moka pot to the water level line.

❷Put the ground 16g of Mandheling coffee bean powder into the powder tank of the moka pot and add filter paper.

❸Assemble the Moka pot, place it on the electric stove and heat it to above 90℃ to steam and extract the espresso.

❹ While cooking Espresso, you can heat 200g of milk to about 70℃.

❺Pour hot milk into the French press and push and pull repeatedly to make fine milk foam.

❻The ratio of milk to coffee in cappuccino is 2:1. Pour 1/3 of espresso into a wide-mouthed cup, add 2/3 of the whipped milk foam and mix it into the latte art.
