Lanna Café is a boutique coffee shop that specializes in Yunnan specialty coffee. It uses rare Arabica coffee beans grown on its own farm and roasts them in a coffee roasting factory with QS certification. Every cup of coffee served is freshly ground after ordering and accurately extracted on a handmade LA MARZOCCO coffee machine in Italy. Coffee is brewed using water filtered by the top-grade water purifier. This ensures that every cup of coffee served is perfect.

At present, Lanna Coffee is also a Yunnan coffee bean brand certified by the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA).

Manner Coffee

Release was founded in 2014. The owners are a couple, namely Chen Sisi, the champion of the National AeroPress Competition in 2014 and the third place of the CBC Shanghai Division in 2016, and Lian Chao, the runner-up of the National AeroPress Competition in 2016 and the runner-up of the TNT Latte Art Competition Shanghai Division in 2015.

Although Release’s coffee beans are not roasted in the store, there is a designated roaster that supplies fresh coffee beans on a regular basis.

XIN CAFÉ
