When drinking coffee at home, we usually buy drip coffee without any props such as grinders, filters, thermometers or fully automatic coffee machines. However, many classmates around me said that the taste of the drip coffee is not very good. In fact, it is because they did not follow the following key points.
So when using drip coffee to extract a cup of good coffee, we can still enjoy a cup of good coffee by following the following points.
First, we buy the coffee flavors we want online, such as American drip coffee, Ethiopian drip coffee, Colombian drip coffee, etc. (coffee from each producing area has its own unique flavor)
Ps: I personally prefer Indonesian Mandheling, which is produced in Sumatra
Point 1: How to control the temperature of hot water within ±90 degrees? In fact, it is very simple. If you don't have a thermometer, pour the hot water into another pot and it will be about the same temperature.
Point 2: Release gas (not fart)^^, because coffee powder will contain some carbon dioxide after it is produced, so we need to pour some hot water first and let the coffee slowly release the carbon dioxide.
Point three: After releasing the gas, we start to slowly pour in hot water in a clockwise direction, and do it three times in total.
Point 4: If you feel that there is not enough water in the coffee, do not continue to extract it, as this will make the coffee very bitter. We only need to add water to the coffee.
As long as you follow the above four points on time, you can enjoy a cup of good coffee at home. Come and try it.
