Another fifty years have passed, and today, all over the world, brainless talk such as "acrylamide in coffee causes cancer" and "coffee causes osteoporosis" still pops up from time to time; at the same time, fast food convenience stores use slogans such as "freshly ground" and "100% Arabica" to attract customers; newly opened boutique coffee shops will label the names of exotic tropical countries and estates, as well as various flavor references.

It seems that it is time to sit down and think seriously about what is "good coffee".

In the next year, I would like to visit those who are serious about making coffee through pictures, texts, and videos, and discuss with them what is a "good cup of coffee" today from the following eight aspects.

In summary, the quality of a cup of coffee involves the common pursuit and strict self-discipline of all links, from coffee farmers, green bean merchants, roasters to baristas.

In fact, the problem does not have to be that complicated, I just want to appear to be more thoughtful.
