Coffee is a popular drink with a strong aroma and unique taste. Brewing a cup of delicious coffee at home can not only enjoy the pleasant feeling brought by coffee, but also allow you to start a new day or relax. Here are some simple and delicious ways to brew coffee.

1. Drip coffee

Drip coffee is one of the most common and simplest brewing methods. First, prepare a filter paper and a filter, and place the filter on top of the cup. Then, add an appropriate amount of ground coffee powder to the filter, and slowly pour boiling water over the powder. After the water flows through the powder into the cup, you can enjoy the fragrant and rich taste of drip coffee.

2. French Press

The French press is also known as the "French pot", which can produce a strong and mellow coffee. First, put the appropriate amount of ground coffee powder into the French pot, and then pour in the appropriate amount of boiling water. After the coffee powder and water are fully mixed, gently press the filter on the lid of the pot and wait for a few minutes for the coffee to slowly settle. Finally, slowly push the filter on the lid down to pour out a cup of fragrant and delicious French press coffee.

3. Espresso

Espresso is a very strong and intense brewing method. To make espresso, you need an Italian moka pot and finely ground Italian or Javanese (ESPResso) powder. First, add the right amount of water to the bottom of the moka pot and the right amount of powder in the middle. Then place the moka pot on a fire and heat it. Turn off the fire when the bottom melts and forms gas to push the water upward. Finally, wait a few minutes for the coffee in the moka pot to settle, and then pour out a cup of rich and mellow espresso.

4. Cold Brew Coffee

Cold brew coffee is a brewing method that takes a long time to make but has a very soft and refreshing taste. First, put the appropriate amount of coarsely ground coffee powder into a container and add the appropriate amount of cold water. Then stir it evenly and cover it with a lid, and leave the container at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours. Finally, use filter paper or a filter to filter out the dregs, and mix the cold brew liquid with the appropriate amount of water or milk to enjoy the cool, refreshing, and soft-tasting cold brew coffee.

5. French Pour Over

French pour-over is an advanced brewing method that pays attention to details and skills. First, add an appropriate amount of ground medium-fine powder to a glass pot and shake it gently to evenly distribute it. Then, heat an appropriate amount of water in a kettle to about 90°C and slowly pour it over the powder to make it evenly wet. Next, gently stir the powder and water with a stirring spoon, and wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute of soaking time. Finally, slowly pour the remaining water and wait for the coffee to flow into the pot through the filter paper. You can taste the fragrant and delicate French pour-over coffee.
