Coffee beans cannot be reused after brewing once

How to brew coffee beans

Coffee is an indispensable drink for many people every morning. Making a delicious cup of coffee is inseparable from good coffee beans and the correct brewing method. This article will introduce a method that makes coffee beans unusable after brewing once, hoping to bring you a better coffee experience.

Preparation

First of all, we high-end people need to prepare the following materials: freshly roasted coffee beans, a manual or automatic drip coffee pot, filter paper, clean water and a clean and odor-free container.

Step 1: Choose the right ratio

Choose the appropriate ratio according to personal taste. Usually, about 15 grams (about 2 tablespoons) of coarsely ground medium-roasted coffee beans are needed for every 600 ml of water.

Step 2: Crushing and filtering

After the required amount of fresh roast has cooled to room temperature, use a manual or automatic drip pot to grind it into medium coarse particles. Then put the filter paper into the filter above the coffee pot, pour the coffee bean powder on the filter paper, and gently shake the pot to evenly distribute it.

Step 3: Water injection

Next, pour hot water (about 90°C) slowly and evenly over the coffee beans. Pre-rinse first, that is, wet the coffee beans and filter paper with a small amount of hot water before brewing to remove the carbon dioxide gas. Then slowly add the remaining hot water.

Step 4: Wait for soaking

Once the water is poured in, you need to wait for a while for the coffee to fully contact and soak in the hot water. Usually, this time is about 4-5 minutes.

Step 5: Draw and enjoy

The last step is to extract the soaked coffee through the filter and pour it into a clean and odor-free container. Now you can enjoy a delicious and fragrant cup of coffee with your jura coffee machine.

Precautions

1. Coffee beans cannot be reused after being brewed once, because most of the coffee aroma and flavor have been released in the first brewing, and using them again will result in a worse taste.

2. Using freshly roasted coffee beans can achieve better taste and aroma.

3. Controlling the water injection temperature and speed is very important for brewing coffee with ideal taste.

Conclusion

By following the above steps, we can easily make delicious coffee at home. Although the coffee beans that can only be used once may increase the cost, it can ensure that every cup is fresh, delicious and satisfying. I hope this article is helpful to you and wish you enjoy the perfect taste of homemade coffee!
