Whether chewing coffee beans can help lose weight has always been a controversial topic. In recent years, many studies have explored this issue, and one study centered on women has attracted widespread attention. The study was conducted by a team specializing in health and nutrition, and they selected 100 women as experimental subjects. None of these women had ever been exposed to any weight loss methods or drugs before participating in the experiment. Before the experiment began, all participants underwent a physical examination and filled out relevant questionnaires. During the entire experiment, each participant was asked to chew 30 unprocessed coffee beans every day. They were told that they could enjoy it as a snack at any time and did not need to change their eating habits or increase their exercise. Then, after 8 weeks, the researchers conducted physical examinations and questionnaires on all participants again. The results showed that within 8 weeks, most women (about 80%) reported that they felt fuller and ate less. In addition, significant progress was made in terms of weight: on average, each participant lost 2.5 kg. However, this number varied between different participants, with some losing more weight and others having no significant change. |
