How to make delicious drinks with coffee beans if you don’t have a coffee machine at home?

Coffee is a must-have drink for many people every morning, but not every home has a coffee machine. However, even without a coffee machine, we can still make delicious drinks with coffee beans.

First, we need to grind the coffee beans into powder. If you don't have a professional coffee grinder at home, you can use a blender or food processor instead. Put the right amount of coffee beans into the container and stir at the right time and speed until it is ground into a fine and uniform powder.

Next, add the right amount of water to the pot and heat it to boiling. Generally speaking, each cup of coffee requires about 180 ml of water. When the water starts to cool (about 90 degrees Celsius), we can pour the coffee powder we just made into the pot.

Then, keep it on low heat and stir gently for a few minutes. This helps release more aroma and flavor and ensures that all the particles are evenly mixed.

Next, we need to filter the coffee. You can use a clean gauze or coffee filter to filter out powder and particles. Place the gauze or coffee filter over a container and gently pour the brewed coffee liquid, allowing it to naturally pass through the filter material.

Finally, we can add appropriate amount of sugar, milk or other condiments according to personal taste. If you like a rich taste, you can choose to add a small piece of chocolate or a spoonful of cocoa powder.

Now, we have successfully made delicious drinks with coffee beans! Although not having a professional coffee machine may add a little more steps and time, doing so will allow us to enjoy the aroma and rich taste of homemade coffee.
