The correct way to eat coffee beans

Coffee beans are one of the world's most popular beverages, providing not only a delicious taste and aroma, but also numerous health benefits. However, to fully enjoy the benefits of coffee beans, it is crucial to prepare and consume them correctly.

First of all, when choosing coffee beans, you should pay attention to buying products with high freshness. Freshness is very important for maintaining the taste and aroma of coffee beans. Therefore, when buying, you can choose products that are well packaged, well sealed and marked with the production date. In addition, it is best to buy whole coffee beans that have not been broken or the packaging bag has not been opened.

Secondly, you need to pay attention to the appropriate grinding degree and water temperature during the cooking process. Depending on your personal preference and the equipment you use, you can choose different degrees of grinding. Generally speaking, if you use a drip coffee machine, you need to break the coffee beans more finely; if you use a French press, you need to break them more coarsely. At the same time, make sure the water temperature is between 90-96°C before brewing, and avoid boiling the water for too long to avoid destroying the flavor of the coffee beans.

Finally, when brewing coffee, you need to pay attention to the right amount and a reasonable brewing time. Generally speaking, the amount of coffee beans required for each cup of coffee is 10-15 grams. If you use a drip coffee machine, you can adjust the amount according to your taste preferences; if you use a French press pot, it is usually recommended to use about 15 grams per cup. In addition, the brewing time is also very important. For a drip coffee machine, it takes about 3-4 minutes; for a French press pot, it takes about 4-5 minutes.
