Coffee beans turn into aromatic coffee!

Coffee beans turn into aromatic coffee!

Coffee is one of the most popular drinks in the world, and coffee beans are the key raw material for making fragrant coffee. From coffee beans to fragrant coffee, it goes through many links and careful processing.

First of all, it is very important to choose high-quality coffee beans. High-quality coffee beans usually come from high-altitude areas, such as Colombia, Brazil and other countries. These areas have suitable climatic conditions, fertile soil, and sufficient sunlight. Coffee trees grown in this way grow healthily and can produce high-quality fruits.

Secondly, during the picking stage, we need to carefully select fruits that are moderately mature, bright in color, uniform in size and regular in shape. Only in this way can we ensure that the subsequent processing will produce high-quality taste and rich aroma.

Then, after picking, the fruit needs to be processed to remove the outer skin and pulp. The most common and traditional method is to expose it to the sun to dry and rub it repeatedly so that the pulp is separated from the coffee bean. This process requires patience and careful operation to ensure that the pulp is completely removed.

Next is the roasting process. Roasting is the process of heating the coffee beans to a certain temperature to evaporate the water inside and produce a chemical reaction. Different degrees of roasting will affect the taste and aroma of the coffee beans. Light roasting will make the coffee taste sour, light and with a distinct sour taste; medium roasting can produce a balanced taste and rich aroma; and deep roasting will make the coffee taste bitter, strong, and accompanied by a certain burnt aroma.

Finally, when brewing the carefully handled and processed coffee beans, you can choose different methods according to your personal preferences to produce your favorite rich fragrance or strong bitterness and other different taste characteristics.

In short, from selecting high-quality planting sites to picking, processing, roasting and brewing, every step requires effort and care. Only in this way can coffee beans be transformed into fragrant coffee and bring people a cup of delicious enjoyment.
