You don’t have to watch Lost in Thailand with Xu Zheng to taste Thai iced coffee!

You don’t have to go to Thailand to make Thai iced coffee at home.

Here comes the recipe

2 cups strong coffee

400g sweetened condensed milk

1 cup milk or whole milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1/2 cup coconut flakes

Let’s do it 1. Pour sweetened condensed milk into a bowl, then add coffee, milk and vanilla extract and mix well.

2 Pour into a glass dish and place in the refrigerator for about 4 hours until it freezes solid. If you are using hot coffee, it will take 8 hours.

3 Toast the coconut flakes in a pan, you can also put them in the oven, while whipping the cream and adding sugar.

4 Scoop some of the frozen coffee condensed milk into a cup, top with whipped cream and top with toasted coconut.

It tastes great, take a sip!
