Material preparation

The ingredients needed to make mocha coffee include: freshly ground coffee powder, chocolate powder, milk and sugar. After making sure these ingredients are ready, we can start making it.

Step 1: Brew coffee

First, add the appropriate amount of water to the pot and add the appropriate amount of ground coffee powder according to your favorite taste. Then, put the pot on the fire, slowly heat the water over medium-low heat, and gently stir to make the coffee dissolve evenly. When the water starts to bubble, it means it is about to boil, and you need to turn off the fire immediately.

Step 2: Add chocolate powder

Step 3: Add milk

Next, heat the right amount of milk in another pot. When the milk starts to bubble, it has reached the right temperature. Turn off the heat immediately and pour the hot milk into the mocha coffee.

Step 4: Adjust the sweetness

The last step is to adjust the sweetness according to your personal taste. You can use white sugar or other sugar substitutes to increase the sweetness. Add the appropriate amount of sweetener according to your favorite taste and stir evenly with a stirring stick.
