Why choose hand brewing for single origin coffee?

Hand brewed coffee is becoming more and more popular, but how to hand brew single origin coffee is a subject worth exploring.

The so-called single-origin coffee refers to pure coffee from a single production area. It is generally consumed without adding milk or sugar, presenting the most authentic local flavor of the coffee fruit.

Hand-brewed coffee is basically brewed with coffee beans of a single variety and a single origin, such as Blue Mountain coffee, Brazilian coffee, Colombian coffee, etc., because such coffee can better taste the most original flavor of coffee and has richer taste layers.

The first impression that single-origin coffee gives to many people is bitterness, then sourness, so the editor always thinks of traditional Chinese medicine, but for people who like to drink coffee, they will feel that hand-brewed single-origin coffee tastes purer and more delicious than other coffees.

The earliest hand-brewed coffee originated in Germany and was later developed by the Japanese, who invented drip coffee, which is a travel bag made of carefully selected single-origin coffee beans. The brewing method of hand-brewed coffee was invented by German housewife Bentz Melitta.

Hand-brewed coffee has very high temperature requirements. If you want to taste a cup of delicious hand-brewed coffee, water temperature is an important link. Factors such as water flow and time that control the quality of coffee also have a great impact on the flavor of hand-brewed coffee.
