【Du-style punching method】

Cup test grinding degree, (93 degrees water temperature, if the beans are good enough, 96 degrees water can be used)

[Extraction principle and flavor performance]

This brewing method mainly extracts the front and middle parts of the coffee, has a high tolerance rate, a mellow taste, is not prone to negative flavors such as over-extraction, and is easy to use. It can be used by novices and can produce a good cup of coffee with limited equipment.
