SCAE (Specialty Coffee Association of Europe) is a European professional coffee association dedicated to promoting and improving the quality and standards of the coffee industry. As the association's certification examination center, we undertake the important task of training and evaluating baristas.

Training courses

Certification Assessment

Our certification assessments are designed to ensure that every SCAE-certified barista possesses the skills and knowledge required by industry standards.


The evaluation process includes two parts: theoretical test and practical operation. The theoretical test mainly examines the students' knowledge of coffee, including origin, types, processing methods, etc. The practical operation tests the students' skills in blending and tasting by simulating real scenes.
