Regarding coffee types, the vast majority of respondents (80%) prefer espresso (such as Americano, latte, etc.), while only a small number of people (20%) prefer brewed coffee.

4. Motivation for coffee consumption

In the survey, we also asked the respondents why they choose to drink coffee. The results show that most people think that drinking coffee can refresh the mind (60%). In addition, 25% of people said that they are fascinated by the taste and aroma of coffee. Only 15% of people said that they choose to drink coffee for social or habitual reasons.

5. Common purchasing methods

In terms of purchasing methods, the survey results show that purchasing in specialty stores is the most common method (50%), followed by purchasing through online channels (30%, such as e-commerce platforms), and only a small number of people choose to purchase through supermarkets or other channels.

6. Coffee consumption expenditure


Regarding coffee consumption, the survey results show that most respondents spend between 100-300 yuan per month on coffee (60%). About 30% spend more than 300 yuan per month. Only 10% said they spend less than 100 yuan per month.

7. Factors that influence purchasing decisions


Finally, in terms of factors influencing purchase decisions, the survey results show that quality and taste are the most important factors (50%). In addition, price is also an important consideration influencing purchase decisions (30%). Other factors such as brand awareness and packaging design are relatively less mentioned.
