A complete guide to ordering at Starbucks. This is the correct way to order from Starbucks!

Every time I go to Starbucks and look at the menu on the wall, my mind goes blank.

Facing the eager eyes of the Starbucks staff

When you are in line with the people behind you

It's really not just ordinary anxiety and embarrassment

Baby, come for coffee

Why is coffee divided into latte, mocha and macchiato?

Forcing the Eater to use his ultimate move

1 What you need to know before entering the store

Cup Type

Many friends are used to ordering small, medium or large cups when ordering food.

In fact, the conventional order in the country is

Medium cup——Tall (read it with me: Tall~)

Grande

Super large cup - Venti (repeat after me: Venti~)

If you don’t know the cup shape, it’s easy to think that the medium cup will be changed to a small cup.

I want to order a medium cup instead of a super large one~

When ordering coffee

A medium cup usually comes with a shot of espresso by default

Both the venti and magnum are double espresso

2What's on the menu?

Coffee

Espresso: It is the basis of other coffees. The portion is very small, 23ml for a single shot and 45ml for a double shot.

Americano: Espresso + water

Coffee of the Week: Starbucks changes its coffee beans every week. Coffee of the Week is actually espresso made from the beans of the week, which is purer than American coffee. You can add milk for free, and the amount of milk is up to you, but heating the milk costs extra!

Cappuccino: espresso + milk + milk foam. Ratio: 1:1:1

Latte: espresso + milk + milk foam. Ratio: 1:2:1

Caramel Macchiato: espresso + milk + milk foam. Finally, pour caramel sauce on it. Caramel Macchiato has more milk foam than latte.

Mocha: espresso + milk + mocha sauce. Top with fresh cream.

Tea

Iced Cranberry Blackcurrant Tea

Lemon tea: a bit sweet.

Black tea latte and matcha latte: These two drinks do not contain caffeine. Many people think that latte is coffee. In fact, latte means "fresh milk" in Italian, so coffee latte is milk and coffee; black tea latte and matcha latte are milk with black tea or matcha added. Starbucks will add syrup to these two drinks, so you can ask your partner to control the sweetness and tea concentration according to your own preferences.

(I recommend a hidden menu: black tea latte is actually milk tea. Friends who like Earl Grey tea may want to change black tea to Earl Grey and try Earl Grey latte!)

Frappuccino

The common feature of Frappuccino is that it is sweet, because they all need to be mixed with Starbucks' unique Frappuccino syrup. Generally, two or more syrups are needed, and cream is also needed. If you don't like sweet, you can use half sugar.

Matcha Frappuccino: It looks good, so many friends who don’t like drinking coffee but love taking photos like to try it.

Vanilla Frappuccino, Mango Passion Fruit Tea Frappuccino: Vanilla-flavored Frappuccino with whipped cream; Mango passion fruit juice with fine ice whipped to make Frappuccino.

Mocha Cocoa Chip Frappuccino: This Frappuccino contains caffeine, cocoa chips are added with cocoa particles, and chocolate sauce is added on top of the cream, which is relatively the sweetest.

Caramel Espresso Frappuccino: This is also a caffeinated Frappuccino, with syrup drizzled on top of the coffee Frappuccino.

Desserts and snacks

Croissants

The croissants are crispy and delicious, and slightly salty. There are also hazelnut croissants, ham and cheese croissants, and croissants. Hazelnut croissants are also one of the desserts that many girls like to order. You can ask your partner to heat it with butter or jam, it's delicious~

Muffins

Starbucks muffins are also very cost-effective, and the chocolate muffins are especially recommended! They taste even better after heating!

Cake

Napoleon, tiramisu, various cheesecakes, rich chocolate cakes, etc. are all very sweet pastries, suitable to be paired with coffee to neutralize the sweetness.

Sandwiches, Panini
