The ultimate creation of coffee falling in love with milk. Are you one of these latte lovers?

Latte is one of the most familiar Italian coffee items for Chinese people. It is a fancy coffee made by adding equal or even more milk to the thick and rich espresso . The warm seasoning of milk makes the originally bitter coffee become smooth, sweet, rich and rich. Even people who are not used to drinking coffee can hardly resist the delicious taste of latte.

A cup of authentic latte is made of 70% milk, 20% milk foam and 10% coffee. Although coffee has the least ingredients, it is what makes it called coffee.

There is an important implication here: the minority does not necessarily obey the majority, and the minority often becomes the protagonist in a specific environment. Many people like to drink latte coffee, and their personalities seem to be somewhat similar to latte coffee. Some people say that the latte personality represents a kind of fashion. People with latte personality do not pursue the appreciation of others and pursue deliberateness like the petty bourgeoisie. They are more casual and are the kind of urban people who integrate tradition and avant-garde . They have a pioneering side, such as living the life they like and not being influenced by others. At the same time, they do not reject tradition . The lives of those with latte personality also have their specific material symbols.

Perhaps, they live in the suburbs or small towns, living in rows of villas, not isolated villas or noisy communities; they don't have sports cars, but they have a family jeep; they like cotton and linen products, and choose plaid shirts and T-shirts, which are convenient and quick, and can also be worn in formal occasions; they eat local side dishes, never drink red wine that is difficult for them to understand, but only drink homemade wine; their joy is not in tomorrow or others, the day of the week is the day of the week, and they are themselves.

The "Latte" people are so simple, they just do what they want to do, they live independently, even if that life is not very rich, as long as it is their own choice; they enjoy to the fullest, even if that enjoyment may be just a cup of tea, as long as it is what they like. The "Latte" people are actually using their own way of thinking to inject a warm milk fragrance into the bitter coffee of life. They make the originally difficult and boring life inadvertently glow with a sweet fragrance, adding to the love of life. Who can say that this is not an art of life?

But in fact, latte coffee is not an Italian patent. Let’s take a look at some unique lattes from other countries!

Italian Latte

Italian latte (Caffè Latte) requires a small cup of espresso (Italian word for coffee) and a cup of milk (150-200 ml). Latte has more milk and less coffee, which is poured into the freshly made Italian espresso with milk at nearly 65 degrees. In fact, there is no fixed rule for how much milk to add, and it can be freely adjusted according to personal taste.

Toffee//Hazelnut Candy//Latte

Italian espresso blended with toffee // hazelnut syrup, pour in whipped milk at nearly 65 degrees, and it becomes toffee latte and hazelnut latte~

American Latte

If you add some frothy cold milk to the hot milk, you get an American latte. Starbucks' American latte is made in this way: Italian espresso at the bottom, milk heated to 65-75°C in the middle, and a layer of cold milk foam no thicker than half a centimeter at the end.

Iced Latte

1. Fill a glass half full with ice and add 10 grams of syrup.

2. Pour fresh milk into the cup until it is 70% full, then stir evenly to allow the syrup to dissolve in the fresh milk to increase the proportion of fresh milk.

3. Let the coffee slowly pour into the cup along the back of the spoon. Do not pour too fast to avoid destroying the layering. 4. Add two tablespoons of milk foam.

Matcha Latte

Put the matcha powder into a cup, then warm the milk to about 65 degrees, pour a small amount of milk (about one-fifth of the cup) into the matcha powder, stir for half a minute to completely dissolve the matcha powder, use an electric milk frother to make the milk froth, and pour the whipped milk froth into the dissolved matcha liquid. The lightest and finest milk froth will float on the top.

Black Tea Latte

Black tea latte is made by mixing black tea extract or black tea bag with milk in a ratio of 1:4. It has a mellow and fragrant taste and is a very healthy drink.
