What? Drinking more coffee has such benefits?

For many years, FLEX (the first fitness magazine in the United States) has been recommending that fitness enthusiasts need to drink a lot of coffee every day. We are also very happy to see that under our advice, the US government's dietary committee made similar recommendations earlier this year: every healthy adult should drink 3-5 cups of black coffee every day to achieve optimal health. This is good news for fitness enthusiasts. When you are trying to lose body fat while maintaining energetic exercise, the following five methods can help you improve your fitness results.

1. Drinking coffee before training can increase your performance during training. Researchers say that caffeine can relieve pain associated with motor nerves and help you achieve your best performance during training.

2. Caffeine can help you recover better from the tense state after training. The antioxidant components in caffeine help the free radicals produced during training. Drinking coffee before or after training will help you reduce the oxidative damage to cells caused by strenuous exercise.

3. Caffeine helps reduce stored fat in the body. Caffeine stimulates your central nervous system and supports energy consumption by slowing down the decomposition of stored energy, so coffee is not only a fuel for your excitement, but also helps you burn fat. The caffeine content of each cup of coffee is about 60-100 mg, so it is very beneficial to supplement a cup of black coffee before aerobic exercise for fat loss.

4. Coffee is the largest source of antioxidants in the American diet. That's not to say it's the highest antioxidant food, but it's certainly one of the easiest for you to get.

5. Black coffee is low in calories. Each cup has only about 10 calories and is rich in nutrients, which means fitness enthusiasts can drink it without worry.
