Three tips for brewing drip coffee, hurry up and save them

As the pace of our lives continues to accelerate, coffee has gradually become our best choice for beverages, because the biggest effect of coffee is to refresh the mind, so drip coffee is also one of the coffee varieties that coffee lovers often have on hand. Because for office workers, there are no good brewing conditions in the office, ordering takeout is too expensive, and it may be cold when it is delivered. Instant coffee is not very healthy, so at this time, drip coffee is the best choice. Pure black coffee is freshly ground, without additives, very healthy, and has a mellow taste. So when you make drip coffee, you should pay attention to some brewing tips. Let me show you below.

Fresh drip coffee

1. Suitable water temperature

When you are brewing drip coffee, you can choose the same water temperature as hand-brewed coffee. Do not use boiling water to brew directly. Note that the extracted coffee may have a bitter taste. Choose water around 92℃. Generally, boil water and let it sit for about 3 minutes. Too high or too low will affect the taste of the coffee.

2. Steam the hanging ears

If you are new to coffee, you may think of drip coffee as instant coffee, just pour hot water into it until it is full. But in fact, drip coffee is made from freshly ground coffee beans, just like hand-brewed coffee. So when you make drip coffee, you should first simmer it for about 30 seconds, and then pour water in sections. This way, the extracted coffee tastes more mellow.

3. The water flow should not be too fast

When you are brewing drip coffee, the water flow does not need to be so fast. After the steaming is finished, you can slowly pour the water and brew it with a thin stream of water. In this way, the extracted coffee can taste more flavor.
