When I first got to know coffee, my memory was still frozen on the Nestle instant coffee that was a must-have when I stayed up late to review during my student days. A packet of coffee powder plus a pot of hot water, stirred together, would turn into a cup of "coffee" with a rich milky flavor, and after a few sips it really tasted like the real thing. Later, when I learned more and more about coffee and experienced the process of brewing coffee myself, I found it funny to think that I was so naive at that time. In the process of making a good cup of coffee, you need to pay attention to many aspects. The quality of coffee beans, the control of water temperature, the proportion of water, and the choice of container will all affect the taste of coffee. Similarly, coffee is not just a tool for staying up late, nor is it an ordinary drink. It is more like a way of life, an art, and a force that can calm people down. The aroma of coffee not only contains the sunshine and rain of nature, but also precipitates the most beautiful moments in the coffee brewing process. What new experiences will emerge when cars and coffee collide? In this issue, we will share with you a different coffee journey. The warm and handsome Lu, the shopkeeper of NIO HOUSE in Xi'an Zhongda International NIO Automobile Center, will teach you the process of making hand-brewed coffee (any NIO owner can come and experience it) . Introduction to tools for hand brewed coffee:Coffee machine, hand-pour pot, electronic scale, V60 hand-pour filter cup, coffee filter paper, sharing pot, coffee cup Coffee bean selection (single-variety beans)1. American coffee beans: Nutty, chocolate flavor 2. Asian coffee beans: woody, charcoal flavor 3. African coffee beans: fruity and floral aromas Hand-brewed coffee production process1. Weighing: coffee beans: water = 1:15 (15:225), water temperature: 90℃ 2. Grinding: Put the weighed coffee beans into the coffee machine and grind them into powder 3. Fold filter paper After folding the filter paper, place it on the V60 filter cup. Pour some warm water into the filter paper and the filter pot to rinse the filter paper, which can remove the odor and warm the pot. 4. Pour the coffee powder Put the coffee powder into the filter paper, put it into the filter, and gently shake the filter with both hands to keep the surface of the coffee powder level. 5. Stewing Use about 30g of water, control the water flow to be extremely fine and gentle, and pour it into the coffee powder. This process mainly allows the coffee powder to expand and expel the carbon dioxide inside, laying a good foundation for the next step of water injection. This is called steaming. The steamed coffee will be like a well-risen bread, with a plump surface. 6. Brewing Steam for about 20-30 seconds before brewing. Use the center of the coffee powder as the center of the circle, draw a circle with a moderately thin stream of water, add 195g of water, and slowly drip filter (remember that the water flow should not directly contact the filter paper). Pour the coffee into the warm cup and start tasting. After watching the whole process, do you think it is not difficult to make coffee yourself? If you are willing to spend 3 minutes to make a pot of tea, then making a cup of coffee is not a difficult task. Say goodbye to instant coffee and slow down your life to make it more refined! |
