The spring of instant coffee: AGF Maxim Stick aromatic instant coffee with various flavors

I usually drink coffee, but I don’t know how to live like the rich people do. I have to buy Delonghi coffee, grind the beans, make milk foam and make latte art before drinking. Moreover, I stay in the dormitory for four or five days a week. The place is small and there is not enough space to put more things. So I drink Nestle instant coffee. If I want to drink better, I can only go home and go to Starbucks to spend money. One day, I saw AGF MAXIM soluble pure coffee on Taobao.

It seems good, but it seems that it is not cheap. Anyway, there are a lot of things waiting to be added to the shopping cart on Rakuten, so I searched on Rakuten:

It was only about 50 yuan in RMB, about 1 yuan each, which was much cheaper than Jack Ma's. So I placed an order and bought it together with other things.

Things I bought at that time:

In addition to today's protagonist, AGF Maxim Stick, instant coffee in multiple flavors, I also bought the popular horse oil, Lamy Star fountain pens, and Ryukakusan from Japan. I wrote a review of Ryukakusan last week. Because the modifier "Chinese herbal medicine" was used, the review post became a battlefield for discussion on whether Chinese medicine is scientific, and the debate was heated. Friends who are interested in buying them can check it out here.

Due to violent delivery, it arrived like this

The date is relatively new, expiring in March 2017. Since I don’t know much about this, I searched the internet for an introduction to this coffee: “AGF MAXIM series: strictly selected coffee beans are slowly roasted, ground and brewed. It can fully enjoy the mellow and strong flavor of the carefully selected coffee beans that are deep roasted and coarsely ground. Due to the extremely precise process, the most authentic and aromatic aroma is blended and the timely sealing, you can feel the most luxurious and authentic coffee aftertaste in your mouth, and thoroughly enjoy its luxurious taste and mellow aroma. The carefully selected coffee beans make the instant coffee taste just like freshly ground coffee.”

There are 5 flavors in a box, 10 packs per pack, and each pack weighs 2 grams. These five flavors are Brazilian blend (brown) - strong bitter and mellow, Italian coffee (orange) - deep roasted and high-quality bitter, Kilimanjaro blend (green) - light and refreshing aftertaste, Mocha blend (red) - gorgeous and fragrant and soft, Colombian blend (blue) - rich and fragrant and smooth. These are all sugar-free pure black coffee. For one cup, pour about 140-180ml of 90℃ hot water or 70-90ml of cold water into one cup, mix well and add ice cubes. You need to add sugar and milk according to your personal taste before drinking. Of course, if you like black coffee, you don't need to do that, just pour it directly into your throat!

The particles are relatively large

After adding hot water, the strong coffee flavor comes out, very fragrant.

After adding milk and sugar, the color becomes similar to Nestle's.

After drinking:

If you like to drink coffee but are too lazy to use a coffee machine (mainly because of your wallet), you can buy this one. It has a high degree of freedom and is suitable for coffee lovers to freely mix coffee that suits their taste, without the same taste as Nestle instant coffee. This coffee is praised by the Japanese on Yahoo, with an average rating of 4.43.

The taste is mellow, better than Nestle's, but the amount of one brew may be relatively small. If you want to taste it more carefully, you may need two brews.

The price is reasonable, averaging about 1.2 yuan per piece. Nestle now charges more than 1 yuan per piece. The total weight of this 50 pieces including packaging is only 150 grams, which is suitable for bringing back as a part of a daily shopping trip.
