When making instant coffee, if you don’t pay attention to these 4 points, it would be a waste. No wonder it doesn’t smell good!

We all drink instant coffee often, but you may not know that this instant coffee cannot be brewed casually. You should pay special attention to the following points, otherwise you will waste a cup of coffee!

1. Water temperature control

The water temperature for brewing instant coffee should be controlled between 80-90 degrees. If the water temperature is higher than 90 degrees, the coffee tastes bitter, while if the water temperature is lower than 80 degrees, the coffee tastes more sour. If the water temperature is too high or too low, the aroma of the coffee cannot be fully released. If you can't drink good instant coffee, you will waste a pack of it.

2. Stir while heating water

When brewing instant coffee, it is best to stir while adding hot water to prevent the coffee at the bottom from not being fully dissolved. The best way is to add a little hot water first to completely dissolve the coffee at the bottom, and then add the remaining water.

3. The ratio of coffee to water

Instant coffee is marked with weight. Generally, for about 20g of coffee, add 120ml of hot water. Too much or too little water is not good. If there is too much water, the original mellow flavor of the coffee will fade and affect the taste. If there is too little water, the coffee taste will be too strong.

4. Coffee time

It is best to drink the brewed instant coffee within 5 minutes. If it exceeds 5 minutes, 70% of the aroma of the coffee will be gone, and we will waste a pack of coffee in vain.
