Fermentation time has a huge impact on the taste of the final product. Fermentation in a shorter time will produce a stronger, heavier flavored coffee, while a longer time will produce a softer, lighter flavor.

4. Baking

Roasting is the last step in making coffee beans and the part that most affects the flavor of coffee. During the roasting process, coffee beans undergo chemical reactions that produce aroma and flavor.

Roasting time and temperature are crucial to the taste and flavor of coffee beans. Lighter roasts produce coffee with higher acidity and a lighter taste, while darker roasts produce bitter, rich flavors.

5. Storage

Finally, to preserve freshness and quality, proper storage is essential. First, do not seal the package until it has cooled completely to allow the CO2 to release. Then store it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

In addition, be careful to avoid contact with other items with strong unique odors (such as spices) or humid environments to prevent odor transfer or mold.
