Mocha coffee is easy to make at home, comparable to Starbucks

I've recently become addicted to coffee, but coffee sold outside can easily cost 20 or 30 yuan, which is a bit of a luxury to drink every day. With this little guy, you can make coffee comparable to Starbucks in minutes, and the cost is also very low. If you are interested, you can try it.

Prepare ingredients: coffee powder, fresh milk

Preparation tools: Moka pot, latte art cup, milk frother

Production steps:

1. Unscrew the Moka pot and add water to the pot (hot water or cold water is fine, I think the taste doesn't make much difference), be careful not to exceed the water level line under the safety valve;

2. Put the coffee powder into the powder box (freshly ground coffee powder will taste better), fill it up and level it, but do not compact it, leaving enough space in the coffee for easy extraction;

3. Add a piece of filter paper to the upper pot (it is also possible not to add it, but there will be a little residue at the end of the drink);

4. Tighten the upper and lower pots (if not tightened, coffee will leak out from the gap);

5. Put the moka pot on low heat. I used the base of the mini health pot. The coffee will slowly overflow from the upper pot. When you hear the sound of "pu pu", you can turn off the heat.

6. Pour the fresh milk into the latte art cup and use a milk frother to beat until foamy (if there is no latte art cup, a normal cup will also work);

7. Pour the brewed espresso into the cup and add the whipped milk. A latte is ready. Welcome a full of energy day.

Note:

1. My moka pot is for two people. It brews about 60 ml of espresso and adds about 200 ml of milk.

2. If you don’t have a moka pot, you can also use drip coffee. Although it is not as strong as brewed coffee, it is also very delicious. You can abandon instant coffee from now on.
