The simplest design hides the most thoughtful functions

The design of Stagg EKG is very simple, with a black kettle and a black base, which are very integrated. The kettle body is made of stainless steel and the base is made of plastic, which is very low-key.

At first glance, I even thought it was just an ordinary kettle, because there were no extra buttons or display screens on the kettle. But in fact, both the kettle and the base have hidden secrets.

The spout of Stagg EKG is very distinctive. It looks curved and slender. It can ensure that the amount of water and temperature remain stable each time you brew. At the same time, the handle of the pot adopts a more balanced setting, so you won’t feel too much effort when picking it up, so the brewed coffee is more delicious.

When you press this button on the right side of the base, it pops up. This is the temperature control, like the knob on an old radio.

By rotating it, you can control its temperature to achieve the water temperature you want most. You can see the temperature intuitively on the LCD circular display on the left. You can choose Celsius or Fahrenheit freely!

That’s not all. On the other side of the base, there is a small “hold” switch. When you turn it on, the water temperature of the kettle will remain at your set temperature for 30 minutes, so you can use a pot of water at the perfect temperature to brew delicious coffee!

As a smart kettle, Stagg EKG has more than just these functions. When used in conjunction with a mobile phone, its functions become even more convenient.

Making a cup of fragrant coffee is like baking a fragrant cake. You must not only know it well, but also have the right tools. Traditional baristas use traditional utensils to control the water temperature at around 82-83 degrees Celsius, but in many cases, if we don’t have such experience, it will be very troublesome, which is exactly the problem that Stagg EKG wants to solve.

Therefore, Stagg EKG can work with mobile phones via Bluetooth. On your phone, you can not only easily master the temperature, but also the temperature and taste of each coffee you brew, and build a very detailed information database for yourself.
