1. TURKISH was invented in Türkiye in 1640

Turkish coffee has the longest history. It is made by grinding roasted coffee beans into fine powder, then putting them into a Cezve coffee pot, adding water and sugar to cook. The resulting coffee is strong, rough and has ground coffee. The brewing method of Turkish coffee is also popular in neighboring Middle Eastern countries such as Syria, Lebanon, Iran, and Southeast European countries such as Greece, Serbia, and Bosnia.

2. Siphon (also known as Syphon) was invented in Germany in 1830

In 1830, German Loeff invented the Syphon coffee pot. In the 1840s, Frenchman Vassieux improved it and invented the up-and-down convection Syphon pot. Later, Denmark and Japan continued to improve it, resulting in the Syphon pot we see most often today. The brewing process of the Syphon pot has excellent visual effects and a unique flavor.

3. Espresso was invented in Italy in 1884

The principle of espresso is to use high pressure hot water to penetrate through the compacted coffee powder, thereby extracting concentrated coffee liquid with high caffeine content. In 1884, German Angelo Moriondo invented the Espresso Italian coffee machine. The Espresso Italian coffee machine is the most mainstream coffee brewing equipment today, both in commercial and home use. The concentrated coffee liquid made by the Espresso Italian coffee machine can be mixed with other foods to make most mainstream coffee drinks.
