Then it is drying: the cleaned beans need to be dried in the sun. This process allows the beans to absorb moisture from the sun and air more evenly and helps remove some unnecessary or harmful substances.

The final step is roasting: the dried beans are sent to special equipment for roasting. Compared with other coffee beans, luwak beans need to be roasted more gently, slowly and persistently. This can preserve its special flavor and make it taste its best.
