After the fermentation process is complete, the coffee beans need to be washed to remove residual substances and rinsed with clean water to ensure that the beans do not have any foreign smell.

The final step is roasting. This is a critical step because it directly affects the flavor and aroma of the coffee beans. During the roasting process, the temperature gradually increases, causing chemical reactions inside the coffee beans and changing their color, taste and aroma.

Packaging and Shipping

Once the coffee beans are roasted, they are packaged to ensure they are not contaminated or damaged during transportation and storage. Common packaging methods include paper bags, plastic bags or metal cans.

Finally, the coffee beans will be shipped to consumers around the world by land, sea or air. This process needs to ensure that the freshness and quality of the coffee beans are guaranteed.
