There are also thousands of independent coffee shops in Hangzhou, including boutique coffee, Instagram-style internet celebrity shops, and attractive Japanese grocery shops. There is always one that suits you. With the fragrance of golden osmanthus, drinking coffee in Hangzhou is a serious matter. I have ten good coffee shops that are all private collections, and I recommend them to everyone. Please accept them.

La Porte de Paris French dessert

A dessert shop full of design. I came here specially to eat the white chocolate basil peach with Calpis. It was delicious! I like the Danish Flensted Mobiles spherical wind chimes and the Austin Austin hand sanitizer in the bathroom. The owner's good taste is reflected everywhere. Even on a cloudy day, the Paris Gate is shining with gentle light!

Recently, it just happened to be the 6th anniversary of Porte de Paris. I was surprised that in today's world where many Internet celebrity shops are flocking to it, some people stick to their original intentions and keep doing only one thing. Maybe this is the so-called craftsmanship. Another reason I like Porte de Paris is that the owner will study seasonal desserts according to the characteristics of the season. Recently, it happens to be the season for small hawthorn and candied haws desserts. The desserts that come once in a while always make people feel happy that they are specially customized.

Random Play

Random Play, located in Dajing Lane, is the new space of the old Hangzhou store "Random". You can call this space a coffee shop, but it is also a showroom for the works of pioneer designers, artists and handcrafters; it is also an urban community art gallery. There are delicious coffee, niche independent magazines, and artists' works to take home. On sunny days, you can watch the changes and dances of light and shadow, and on rainy days, you can quietly enjoy the rain in Hangzhou, which is absolutely beautiful!

The whole space is made of wood structure, and the transition style of the space organization of the high-rise staircase is used to fully connect the two floors and communicate the indoor and outdoor. The coexistence of space and the flow of the big well alley are combined~ The coffee products inherit the consistent level of random, and the beans are roasted in-house. There are many choices. Go and try it~

AFTERGLOW COFFEE

This time I came to Hangzhou specifically for this shop. It feels like there are many new shops popping up in Hangzhou every two months. This green log-style coffee shop is next to the old bakery "cycle&cycle". It is said that it has the same owner. The atmosphere, music, coffee and desserts of the whole shop are very satisfying. There are many things to do. It is not a crowded street shop. It is suitable for weekends to go shopping with sisters~

I chose iced latte as usual. Let's enjoy a cup of iced latte while the weather is not too cold! I chose peach oolong mille-feuille for dessert. Tea desserts in Hangzhou are always good. The peach flavor is well-balanced and dense and delicate. I highly recommend it! The words "a cup of daily, let is see what will happen" on the wall are the daily life of the coffee shop.

River Coffee

Nowadays, Korean-style minimalist cafes are very popular, so this kind of small shop with a conservative heart is even more precious. The small shop along the river feels like pretending to be in Japan. The door curtains, wind chimes, and the photo wall of the shop owner's travels around the world make the whole shop more humanistic and warm. I love it!

My friend's matcha latte goes very well with the green outdoor display in this season. Their soufflé is super delicious! Although the waiting time is a bit long because it is freshly made, the soufflé tastes super good. You just need to eat it quickly, otherwise it will collapse and the taste will be wasted~

Luggage Workshop

This family-style roastery coffee shop, although hidden in an office building, still has a constant stream of customers. We went there on a weekday afternoon and it was still packed with people, but it didn't feel noisy at all. The floor-to-ceiling windows have a wide view, and outside is the wide Qiantang River. The barista is the former barista of "Moon" in Shanghai. The beans and products are extremely stable. My phone was out of battery at the time, so I just took a picture of the cold brew with my phone. The aroma of the coffee is well balanced, and the taste is not too sour and is very pleasant.

Black rainbow coffee

In the past, everyone wanted to make their store white, but this store took a different approach and made itself all black. But I have to say that the desserts here are really delicious! ! The cakes are dense and delicate, you must try it!

This time when I went to Hangzhou, they renovated the store. The overall space is larger and brighter, but the delicious coffee and fluffy cakes are still the same level as before.

Quarter cafe

This may be the most beautiful coffee shop in Hangzhou. Anyone who has been here will know what I mean. Because the owner is very rich and willful, the coffee cups and utensils used by customers in the store are all from national treasure brands in Northern Europe or Sweden. A set of coffee cups costs more than a thousand yuan in a few minutes, and the photos taken will instantly kill the circle of friends.

I ordered a latte which was served in a very pretty cup. It was rich in milk flavor and unexpectedly smooth. It was also served with a fruit chiffon cake, which was not only very beautiful, but also had a very nice frozen and fluffy feel. It looked good and tasted good!

What can I say about this store? There are many sets inside, and it feels like a large-scale Taobao shooting scene. The drinks include Hangzhou's special tea or sparkling water, which are OK, and the coffee tastes not cost-effective. If you like taking pictures or like Internet celebrity stores, you can go there, but if you don't like this feeling, there is no need to go!

Oyster Book House

What is it like to drink coffee in a bookstore?

I came to Hangzhou in June and quietly discovered a small independent bookstore. There are few seats but it is quiet. The books are of excellent quality and there are seasonal book lists as recommendations according to the seasons. When we went there in June, it happened to be a summer recommendation. The book "Run with the Wind" on display was exactly the book I had just finished reading. With the background of "Hakone" in Japan, the sports event is very exciting, and I feel a sense of sympathy with the owner~

Coffee is relatively simple, so I chose the freeze-dried powder of "Santonban" coffee. It has a different flavor whether it is put in milk, ice water, or even tea. It is like a bookstore found by chance, and it is an everyday surprise!

HOLA Tree Ring Park

Annual Ring Park was originally a store I bought online for many years. Brass lamps and supplies are used in many cafes. The general store was moved to the end of the beer bar, and I saw many familiar traces of daily utensils. The second floor will be transformed into a super cool cocktail bar at night. Outside are the lush trees of Hangzhou. The tables and chairs by the window are like a pantomime in the dark, which becomes more charming as the night goes on.
