JJ: Cantonese tea culture is very popular in Guangzhou. It was quite difficult to promote it at the beginning. In recent years, it seems that more Guangzhou people tend to pursue higher quality and more distinctive boutique coffee, so today's Qianjie came into being.

Q : Is it difficult to open a boutique coffee shop without dim sum?

JJ: It was very difficult. The first six months were very tough. More and more people started to get familiar with and understand specialty coffee, and some people could even taste the various flavors of coffee beans. It is undeniable that a cup of high-quality coffee can attract more consumers to my coffee shop. If I provide low-quality coffee, I am digging my own grave.
